Lake Washington Active is a not just a gym. We are a movement training facility.  Our focus is on creating more stable and stronger movement patterns in order to safely move and live. We don’t apply one specific training methodology.  We start with a health history and follow with a movement screen which helps us identify any weak or compensatory patterns. This information is used to design a program unique to you.

1 ON 1 TRAINING

Personal training is a great way to address your specific goals. The results of our screen and through your feedback we tailor a program to help you reach those goals. This is also a great option for anyone who has specific concerns about their medical history or to prepare for group classes.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a therapeutic modality from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) specific points are stimulated by needles to increase blood and energy flow to promote healing and relieve pain.

Small group classes are a great option for people looking for a slightly more social exercise program that use different movement patterns to improve balance, cardio-vascular output, strength, and range of motion.
