LW Active and its partners RunSeattlePT and The Parkinson’s Fitness Project take an evidence-based approach to training. We start with the premise that movement is a fundamental part of the human experience and provide the training and educational tools to help each individual in achieving their personal goals. Programs can also be designed specifically to prevent or aid in the recovery from injuries.
All LW Active training appointments and classes are 55 minutes. Each session is full of fun and challenging exercises to target identified areas of need.
